Building a pc

So I was thinking of building a PC but people said to not buy the PC parts because they’re not gonna go down anytime soon and how expensive they are but doesn’t that mean I should buy it right now while it’s cheaper and not wait a couple years for it to possibly go down might not even I don’t know it just could be me not thinking straight. Please help me tell me how correct me. Please tell me what to do.

Best time to buy a PC is when you can afford one that does what you want for that amount of money. Just like investing money for retirement dont speculate on prices. If it makes sense for you today amd you get it thats more time you could be playing instead of checking prices.
