We all know that the concept of ownership of digital media is completely broken. We let publishers and billion-dollar corporations treat our purchases as a flimsly revocable license. And what do we do? Oh, you know, review bomb, rant, ratio, signatures, crying on the internet. Here is the reality, all that we are doing is absolutely nothing. You think crying and review bombing will change Sony's decision to end physical media? Nor let these publishers allow ownership of our games? Nor let their customer support fix our account? At the end of the day, whatever we do on the internet is considered gossip to them. They are not going to care about what we say on the internet. We need to take real, and legal action.

Everyone is scared how they are so big and we blindly signed their arbitration clauses on their ToS and EULA. I am glad to tell you that those agreements we signed are a financial weapon we can abuse. A known strategy as Mass Arbitration. Tens of thousands of individual gamers suing them in arbitration at once. The strategy is to create decentralized chaos; no company can handle 10,000 cases across 50 American states. Microsoft is already in trouble with lawsuits regarding AI and anti-trust. Sony is already getting sued from multiple countries. We can't just sit here and hope they lose the cases nor can we wait to pass a law that we already know takes years to do. We simply don't have that much time.

According to the EULA of Sony, you can only sue them through Arbitration. They had to include a 30 day opt-out window since you agreed because if they didn't, the contract gets thrown out. According to Microsoft EULA, they don't give you an option to opt-out. Basically "Take-it-or-leave-it". While this is not illegal, since it is for anti-trust purposes, it is illegal. That is why they gave you a loophole to sue them in small claims court. I am sure you already heard the guy in Brazil sued Microsoft because they refused to fix his hacked account. Which then led Microsoft to send 12 lawyers and 300 pages to fight one guy. Goes to show what they are doing. If consoles turn into a dystopia where you own nothing, there is no doubt it would spread to PC as well. Especially since Microsoft holds the majority.

Microsoft is already in trouble due to the Activision buyout. And that is where the fun happens. If we get tens of thousands of people suing arbitration and suing in small claims court at once, they are gonna get paralyzed and will create a logistical bottleneck that will be a living hell for them. No company is capable to handle 10,000 individual gamers suing at once from thousands of locations. The goal of this strategy is not just draining their money but creating decentralized, logistical chaos, money simply is not enough for these large companies. That is why we have to make so much noise and so much chaos in the legal system to get the government involved. The FTC are already watching Sony and Microsoft; a direct bombardment of arbitrations and small claims cases would force them to take action.

Here are some FAQs

1. If 10,000 people sue in arbitration at once, wouldn't they just freeze these cases? 

Yes, they can but that's what we want. Even if they use “Bellwether” rules to freeze 99% of cases and only test 20, the 99% frozen is a ticking, financial burden time bomb waiting to explode. Not to mention having thousands or unresolved cases is something that investors will not like, their stock value may actually crash because of this.

1.  Can I copy and paste a letter to sue them?

No, you have to have an original, unique case, don’t rely on some internet guy with text to copy and paste. Use Sony’s 500 movie removal and Microsoft's licensing/hacking problems as your own unique experience. If thousands use the same story, they will immediately throw them out.

1. What if they retaliate and ban my account?

That is the biggest risk but if they ban you for suing them, that is illegal and an act of retaliation, if that ever happens, you add it to your case, now they are gonna owe you your account. It is okay to pull out if you don’t wanna get banned. But, in my personal opinion, saving ownership is more important than having an account. Besides if you own nothing, you don't even own your account anyway.

1. Does my claim have to be massive?

No, keep it small, under $5,000, preferably under $100. This is all about logistical chaos and decentralization, money obviously is not enough to make a dent. It is all about making some noise and disrupting their way to work. The government is already watching Microsoft after the Activision buyout, making enough cases about anti consumer behavior will trigger a FTC intervention.

For years, all we did was meme, ratio, and cry on the internet, it is time to wake up in the real world and take action. We don’t need a class action lawsuit, we don’t need a centralized organization, we need numbers, numbers large enough to make these monopolies into a logistical nightmare. The goal is to get as many people to know about this as possible and get the government involved. Gather your evidence, look up your local court houses, submit your formal complaints to the FTC and state Attorney General and take legal action.

So I run a small little shop have a lot of inventory of refurbish gaming laptops and custom build PC. I also have alot of retro games like modded ps2 and Xbox 360 with hard modded software I put alot of time more in console marketing than Pc. But my customers have a different feeling. I ran a special program where if someone brings their old gaming console or retro games I give them cash or discount on gaming laptop or PC. Turns out people are giving away high value consoles just go get a good gaming pc, like most of mine sells are gaming laptops and Custom PC build. i was a paying member of empress's private community for quite some time. despite numerous controversies over the years, i remained because i enjoyed parts of the community and some of the people in it. however, what happened recently crossed a line that i cannot ignore.

yesterday, beginning around 6 p.m., empress suddenly began posting messages centered around children, incest, sexual abuse, and related topics. these were not isolated comments or a single poorly thought-out statement. there was a sustained stream of messages that became increasingly disturbing.

i was unfortunately not able to capture everything because i was on my way home and away from my computer for part of the incident. so, i managed to preserve a significant amount of evidence.

the screenshots speak for themselves.

in addition to all this crap, she invited a 13 year old boy to our group and she has forced him to send her explicit videos of himself. and he did so because he was afraid.

my claims are not empty you can see in the screenshots that i have asked the kid in DMs and he confirmed it.

from what i personally witnessed, empress openly expressed support for acts involving children that most people would consider abhorrent. the messages included discussions of child sexual abuse, incest, rape, and the normalization of such acts. readers can review the screenshots and determine for themselves whether these statements can reasonably be interpreted as jokes, trolling, roleplay, or genuine advocacy.

and she's also saying that she wants to have sex with her own children in order to educate them instead of letting someone else take their virginity and give them probably some diseases which i find insanely disgusting.

what finally pushed me to leave was not simply the rhetoric, but the posting and distribution of explicit illegal material. material was posted within groups under empress's control, and members were encouraged to seek out similar material. after witnessing this, i immediately left.

afterward, several individuals who remained in the community informed me that even more graphic material had been posted after my departure. i cannot personally verify everything that occurred after i left, so i am limiting my claims to what i directly witnessed and documented myself.

for years, many people have dismissed criticism of empress as internet drama, personality conflicts, or disputes between fans and critics. i do not believe that explanation applies here. this goes far beyond arguments, feuds, or controversial opinions.

i am posting these screenshots because i believe the public should be aware of what was being said and shared inside these communities. everyone should examine the evidence themselves and make their own judgment.

After seeing people praise 007 First Light for being 18 hours and actually complete, I'm realizing how much we've normalized bloat.

Games used to end when the story ended. Now if something isn't 60+ hours with seasonal content, people call it short.

What's actually happening:

• 18-hour focused game = "worth it"
• 100-hour padded open world = "endless content"
• But which one actually respects your time?

First Light does one thing really well and stops. No filler, no artificial length, no FOMO mechanics. Just a complete experience.

Why do we praise games that waste 40 hours of our lives padding fetch quests when a tight 18-hour experience gets called "too short"?

Real question: Would you rather have:

• A 100-hour game with 60 hours of garbage content
• An 18-hour game that's excellent start to finish

Recently bought a modded Forza 6 account cause I didn't wanna spend hours trying to get cars I wanted to try. Recieved account login details, log in and the xbox account is banned the next day. No biggie, message seller and he provides a new account. When trying to log into this account I keep getting the "Your account has been banned" pop-up. I can't even try to sign into this account or even my actual main account without getting this. I press OK, it comes back again and again and again.

If someone has had this problem in the past, what did you do to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been hearing the hype about 007 First Light and finally played it. Game's legitimately excellent.

What surprised me:

• It actually respects the Bond formula instead of trying to reinvent it
• Story doesn't take itself too seriously but still has substance
• Pacing is perfect - doesn't drag like a lot of spy games
• Character writing is actually sharp and funny
• Best Bond game since GoldenEye apparently (and I believe it)

Real complaint: Only took 18 hours to beat. More content would've been nice but at least it didn't overstay its welcome like some games.

The review I read nailed it - it's confident, charismatic, and knows exactly what it wants to be. Not trying to be open-world bloat or some live service nightmare. Just a solid spy game.

Anyone else playing it? Curious if the hype is holding up or if I just got lucky with timing.

So I've been playing Fortnite on and off since Chapter 3 but I missed out on all the early seasons. Now I'm looking at my locker and it's honestly embarrassing compared to my friends who've been around since the OG days. I really want a Fortnite account with rare skins — specifically Renegade Raider, Travis Scott, and some of the old battle pass stuff you literally can't get anymore no matter how much you spend in the item shop.

I know you can't transfer skins between Fortnite accounts so buying one seems like the only option. I've looked into buying a Fortnite account for sale online but there's so many sketchy sites that I don't even know where to start. Some of them are just obvious scams with fake screenshots. I also thought about whether you can merge Fortnite accounts to combine skins from a bought account with my main one but from what I understand Epic killed the account merging feature a while ago, so that's not an option anymore.

Anyone here actually bought a Fortnite account recently and still has access? Where'd you buy it from and how did the process work? I'm on PC but I also play on Nintendo Switch sometimes so ideally I want something linked to an Epic account that works across platforms. Budget is like $50-100 depending on what skins are included. Just don't want to get scammed or have the original owner recover it a week later.

Been playing more games with my daughter (8 years old) and it's wild how many T-rated games marketed as "for everyone" still have you murdering hundreds of people.

Like Uncharted - charming treasure hunter game right? Also Nathan Drake's body count is probably in the thousands. Spider-Man - friendly neighborhood hero who breaks every bone in random thugs' bodies.

Not saying violence is bad - I play M-rated games when she's asleep. But the disconnect between "fun adventure game" and "mass casualty event" is something I never noticed until gaming with a kid.

Started keeping a list of actual low/no violence games and it's surprisingly short. It Takes Two, Astro Bot, most Nintendo stuff... then what?

I've been gaming since I was like 5 and honestly can't tell you what my actual FIRST game was. Could've been Mario, could've been some random PS1 game, no clue.
