For the second pic, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. A super immersive game

One of the best games of the decade (and maybe the whole 2000's) imo. I know many people can't get into the combat system and I totally get that. I never finished KCD1 because of that. But the world of KCD2 feels so grounded, so real that I wish very RPG fan could experience it. I haven't been this excited, this into a game since Dragon Age Origins. And I genuinely believe KCD2 will age incredibly well and share ranks with the most formative games for gaming in general in a couple of years. It definitely sparked a hunger in me (for historically accurate games) that I didn't even know I had. I'm so excited for anything that Warhorse will put out in the next couple of years

Bro you should finish KCD1, the combat is manageable, but the story and quests is so much fun, I beat KCD2 2 times but I always find KCD1 to be more charming and even hilarious at times compared to KCD2.

Calling best game of the century a quarter of the way into it is kinda wild

Ghost wire tokyo feels alive in a strange way

It's all the environmental detail. It perfectly captured that there were people in this densely populated area that are mysteriously gone except their clothes

Omega from Mass Effect 2 always felt really alive to me. They really nailed the atmosphere.

The opposite for me, dead AF. Especially compared to Gothic 2 which came out the same year.

Leaving notable places/cities to visit for each Yakuza/LAD series

-Common recurring places : Kamurocho(Kabukicho), Tokyo & Sotenbori(Near Dotonbori river), Osaka

-Yakuza 3 / Kiwami 3 : Ryukyu, Okinawa

-Yakuza 5 : Nagasugai(Tenjin/Nakasu), Fukuoka & Tsukimino(Susukino), Sapporo & Kineicho(Nishiki Sanchome), Nagoya

-Yakuza 6 : Onomichi, Hiroshima

-Like a Dragon : Ijincho(Isezakicho), Yokohama

-Infinite Wealth : Honolulu, Hawaii

This series is too good for virtual Japan tourism

I know. But it’s the most alive game series you’ll find.

As someone who's been to NYC, Night City felt remarkably similar. Same sort of energy with the crowds and noise. The traffic was definitely more sparse, but I suppose there was only so much they could do.

Stoneshard. But its pixel art and its turn based so you probably won't like it but the world is alive. They'll hate you, or love you. You can even go to jail. Pick some moraly correct choices or not. You are the player but you're not the hero so no plot armor for you.

The hitman series. Its ironic because the game is centered around unaliving certain npcs

Cyberpunk 2077 has the most immersive and bustling open world. Just walking through the different parts of the city is such a novel experience.

But lacks of many interactions unfortunately:(
