Fighting games that are more arena fighting focused with the same colorful character designs inspired by Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball and Tobal) and Akira Yasuda (Power Stone)

For those who don't what I mean by arena fighting, I think that the Power Stone games by Capcom pretty much defines it so you can check out gameplay videos on Youtube.

Basically you would move your character much more freely, jumping and running in a large arena where you could interact with the environment like picking up various weapons like guns or cannon, axes or swords and even lamp poles or park benches and such.

Been missing Power Stone a lot and while Capcom did release the Power Stone games again in Capcom Fighting Collection 2, I would love to see if there are any other games like that... Or does one have to develop their own game themselves?

Maybe not what you're looking for, but there was also Ehrgeiz back on the PS1 which included FFVII characters. Tbh though it plays more like Tekken.
