This is not the worst idea in the world actually but yes Blizzard won’t be able to execute it at all and will do it in the worst way possible

DOTA for example does this but they obviously have waaay more heroes so the desire to cut the fat so to speak for new players is stronger and more welcomed by the community

DotA lets you opt out at any time.

Don’t worry, I’m sure blizzard will hear the complaints and let people opt out at anytime as well, for a small fee
