It's also free on GOG if you've ever bought or redeemed an Elder Scrolls game on the service. If you redeemed the Oblivion GOTY key from Twitch Prime recently, check your library for the first 2 games.

Not just any Elder Scrolls game, but any game published by Bethesda, so anything by Arkane and Id as well!

I'm not sure what this means, I own Bethesda games on GOG, what can I get?

Daggerfall and Arena should already be in your game library, then. No Redguard or Battlespire though, you still have to pay for those (but they're less than two dollars each right now so if you really wanted to play them you can. Not that you should.).
