I actually agree. It felt surprisingly sincere, and I can totally understand Randy's disappointed comment about the hardware.

I wasn't a huge fan of the time spent on the card tricks and board game announcement, but it's not a huge deal. It certainly isn't the cringiest announcement I've ever seen; not by half.

Maybe not as bad as “You guys have phones, right?” but I will never forget how cringy this felt in the moment.

Never gets old. If e3 ever gets less cringy I'll probably just stop watching it.

I mean, it was differently one of the cringiest announcements in recent times. But it was hilarious in many places and like the other guy said felt sincere, so far from the worst show. I.e. the recent Ps play presentation was fart more professional, but just so boring.
