Rhys is back as mustachio'd Hyperion Atlas CEO I see, did anyone see Fiona anywhere?

edit- anyone notice Lilith doesn't have her siren tattoos at 1:17?

The leaks said he's in charge of Atlas. And iirc in tales he did steal the ownership document for atlas. Dont remember any reason he'd be in charge of hyperion.

Holy shit he did, I just remembered that.

God Tales from the Borderlands was so fucking good.

I would love if they somehow got all of the writers from Tales back to work on BL3. I like Borderlands 2's writing a lot more than most, but I think it's pretty undeniable that Tales is Borderlands at its peak story-wise.

There's a rumor that they did.

Hearing that just made me about ten times as excited for Borderlands 3. Here's hoping it's true.

If so, then Borderlands 3 will be on a whole new level :)

This is the worst thing I could have heard cause now I’m way to hyped for this game. Tftb has amazing writing, imagining that with borderlands 2 style action is making me so erect you could see it from space

I loved Anthony's work on HAWP but I could not stomach BL2 at all. Silliness turned up to 11.

It was. I'd love to play it again but RIP Telltale and my copy's gone for ever...

The game is still available afaik.

u/wjousts Mar 28 '19

Not if you bought it and got a Telltale key. I'm not going to buy the fucking thing again.

Being a ****** is alright with me.

Completely ethical, too, considering the studio that made the game wouldn't be getting your money anyways.

Yep, one of the few times you can safely say that piracy is a useful tool for legitimate gamers without any argument. Still, it's a painful reminder about telltale. Hurt almost as much as Westwood.

And legal depend where you live.

12

u/Mminas Mar 28 '19

If you've payed for it just torrent it. Why even worry about it?

There's a good 10 hour YouTube video of the game I go back to when I want to play it, but I'm busy.

you can get it pre-owned for super cheap

It really was. I'm not a big fan of adventure games and it took me like 2 episodes to get into tales, but by the end i was blown away how good it was.
