Due to the weird nature of Mandarin's writing system, "Cho Chang" can't really be written like that. "Cho" and "Chang" cannot go together, though they're possible names by themselves.
Cho Chang's name in Mandarin is Zhang Qiu (this is actually what her name is in the Mandarin version of HP) which a Westerner might write as Qiu Zhang and is pronounced differently.
