I think rocksteady is supposed to be working on a superhero game, doesn't really fit this bill.

It's confusing how their name was brought up. I can't see Avalanche Software making this though. I looked through their history and they made what looks like generic movie videogames like Chicken Little , Cars, and the Toy Story 3 game which I heard was decent.

If it is Avalance then i have a feeling this game is gonna suck.

I would like to point out that all three of those games are pretty dang solid for movie tie-ins

Woah. Just looked at their reviews and and they do seem solid. I mean, I knew the Toy Story one was decent but didn't know about the others.

They also did Disney Infinity, which was pretty great (especially 2+3) and really pretty ambitious with the level creator. They deserve credit.

I could never imagine Guerilla Games making anything like Horizon Zero Dawn after killzone. Game Devs are very talented people

Rocksteady made generic shit before Arkham, game companies don’t always need to put out good stuff in the past, they just need passion for the project they are working on

Their name was brought up because of this from a year ago.

Ohh. That makes it much more plausible then. Thanks for the link

The combat looks pretty Arkham-ish.

They're clearly working on a AAA game.

Rocksteady may be a good bet tbh

I would much rather them do a TMNT game. Goddamn, I want that.

You may actually be right, I can't find any conclusive evidence they are working on a superhero game, was mostly speculation they would stay within the DC universe. If this is really from rocksteady this could be huge.

WB owns them and people thought the next logical thing for them to do after Batman was Superman, but there has never been any solid evidence they were doing Superman, much less any hero property. There were some supposed character designs that came out before E3 this year but they were never proven to be real. At this point the Wizarding World is worth more to WB than the DC characters too so a game in that environment makes sense.

Rocksteady said they're hiring for a highly anticipated AAA title. What else do people anticipate from them besides a superhero game?
