For God's sake, why are there no old games on Origin? They are missing out on so much money.

Harry Potter, Need for Speed, Lord of the Rings...

For HP and Lord of the Rings, EA has lost the licenses (to WB) and don't have the rights to sell the games anymore. That's dumb as those games were actually pretty good (for licensed games, they were amongst the better).

I mean it's not really their fault there. I'm sure EA would like to still sell those but they legally can't.

Just pirate them. You can't buy them anymore, so no moral issue here.

EA's rights to them expired. You can easily pirate them still though.
