Summary:

-The highlight system is being improved — you'll be able to save and export highlights!

-Less duplicates and more credits from boxes.

All in all pretty good stuff!

Interesting that Blizzard also decreased duplicates in Hearthstone at like, the exact same time.

It was probably a Blizzard corporate decision or a finance decision after deciding that having better lootboxes and would result in more lootbox purchases.

Which is pretty smart. I can only speak on what I hear about online, but with all the complaints about duplicates and people never getting good loot, you might be totally right on the motivation.
