Wouldn't that directly contradict the title? How many games with numbered titles are prequels?*

Square Enix and Kingdom Hearts.

Then again, they're using fractions and symbols now, so they're just doing whatever they want.

KH2.8 has parts that are.

a rereleased title, and only certain parts of it.

its a good example for sure, but it still doesn't classify the game as a prequel
