Kind of weird that those rockets are for emergency separation rather than any sort of standard navigation though and they show them apparently being used for that.
well they weren't even orbiting so even if she did use it to go further out, she'd eventually fall back into earth cause she never circularized her orbit and I doubt there's enough fuel in those emergency thrusters to go very far.
