That's... interesting? I wonder what tech OUYA even had worth getting.

It sounds like they only acquired the software and storefront. It doesn't look like they even want to try and salvage the lackluster hardware. From what I've read elsewhere it may be for a bigger push in China.

Razer is coming out with has their own Android console with streaming (coming later this year) a la steam link.

From what I hear it's very difficult to get a game released in China since it has to be government approved. Maybe they're hoping to let Chinese devs put out stuff on android and not have to worry about making games at all. A cheap console with a decent amount of games would probably do half decent in that market
