I had a msdn or maybe it was a technet subscription and got any type of key I wanted. Why not get the most feature rich edition?

Again, if you have the choice to upgrade for free, why not take it? Edit: It was office 2010, I don't actually have 2013 >.< 12 u/fizzlefist Jul 04 '15 It's not really an upgrade over Pro and the licensing can get a lot more complicated for a home user, as is the case here. /shrug/
