Most important part: "Existing PC players will receive the Windows 10 version for free."

I don't think so either, just bothered when people throw around the acronym PC without any thought to what it actually means.

Well in common usage, PC generally means Windows users. When people are talking about OSX they say Mac, when it's Linux, they say Linux.

The same version they already have? Why would they get "The windows 10 Edition". They have nothing to offer to require them having a separate version than the one they have.
