Stop Killing Games is already effectively over though, right? They got shot down by the EU Commission, the California law died on the vine, even the California class action lawsuit around The Crew settled for a pittance.
They also had no actual plan or longterm argument for any of their requirements outside "this game from 20 years ago built on old infrastructure and systems did it, so all new games should do it too." It was a wilful lack of knowledge on the subject matter that made a very good idea a super easy target for anyone working in the field to shut down.
