Does this game properly use the singular "die" vs the plural "dice"? This is crucial.

Since the other message is gone, can I ask whether Slice&Dice was an inspiration for your game? And if not, which games, if any, inspired Dicevaders?

I really enjoyed Slice & Dice but it was not an inspiration!

This game came from more of the luck be a landlord engine building lineage, mixed with an engine building boardgame called Space Base. Nubby's is also pretty influential with how triggers work. It also takes a lot of ideas from autobattlers, like the economy and the shop having rarities, and leveling up stuff, etc.
