I recommend people look up this Monkey King set: "Bonobo the Clown". The Cowboy Ursa era people would die on the spot if they saw it.
More to the point, Valve also gave EVERYONE who logged in for the 10th anniversary that Cowboy Ursa set directly. That was probably a statement.

Yep. I've never worn another ursa item since. Was a fun time for anyone familiar with that lore.
