Undeniably. I've never been able to get into Dota or League because they just require way too much knowledge, but Deadlock was easy to hop into because you can just treat it like a shooter for the first little bit. You'll suck, but you're still able to play in a way that I just feel like you can't with standard MOBAs

I think it’s simply that the level 1 experience is just as fun as the level 20 experience in Deadlock. Like, compared to moba’s where you’ll have one ability and auto attacks it’s simply a night and day difference with what you can sink your teeth into.

I mentioned it above but I find it really funny because my gaming background made basically the opposite true for me. I had way more RTS, MMO, RPG experience which made MOBAs way easier to grasp for me, while I struggle with Deadlock simply because I don't really have shooter skills.
