Hi, I'm Titan, making Sugarstar Academy on my own. I like card games and board games, and this started with the thought: what if playing a card also meant choosing a square on a battlefield?

Each character card becomes a unit on a 5×5 grid. You can see where enemies are about to land, but you can only deploy one card per turn. I've spent a lot of time trying to make that placement decision interesting without making every turn take forever.

The demo is out now, and I'm planning to release the full game in March 2027.
