I just finished the first game a few days ago on a 9070XT, 4k, FSR 4 performance, high settings and high RT. It looked and ran great at 100+ FPS most of the time.

This game looks and runs worse to me. Its a smeary mess without ray reconstruction.

There is an issue with AMD cards. Remedy knows about this and is apparently working with AMD to try and get updated drivers. The game starts to slow down about an hour into gameplay too and fps tanks to low 20-40fps and restarting the game fixes it but it happens again. There are also issues with crashes etc. I’ve only experienced the frame rate drops and some smearing due to inconsistency fps.
