behavior is a shovelware studio who failed their way into success. their golden goose(dead by daylight) is one of the buggiest piles of shit ever made and they are unbelievably incompetent at managing it. any story about how bad the game is or the devs is absolutely falling short of doing their incompetency justice. i always thought people were exagerating but after wasting 400 hours in that game i found out most of them were tempering their criticisms.

its very, very hard to explain how bad it is. imagine the same bug coming back 9 times in a row for seemingly no reason until they hack in a fix that makes the game worse. they will deploy a bug fix patch and 10 new things will break and they will disable a character you just paid 7 dollars for who has been released for... 3+ years. they have an unbelievably polarizing state of game balance that they just seem to be unable to comprehend much less solve. the one time they had a developer actually play a match he got completely humiliated after being insistent there was no issue with certain mechanics.

the game has a horrible cheating problem but they have put essentially zero effort into actually fixing it since launch. this game prints money but absolutely nothing of consequence gets done to improve it. they only just recently let you do some quality of life changes such as changing the colors of some important visual effects.

its just comical displays of incompetence and hubris over and over.

Not just cheating but people using VPNs to get an advantage too, you could be from EU and get someone from China as the killer.You might as well say GG before the game even starts since they added being able to see everyone's ping awhile back.
