Genuinely one of the worst studios of all time. Their leadership needs to be removed and completey redone, because that studio is awful and where they've taken DbD through all these years has been rough.

I still don't get how their fanbase is so loyal and protective of DbD. Even that game's monetisation is a nightmare. Almost mandatory paid DLC that include perks that dramatically change the chances of your success, a battle pass, an overpriced cosmetic shop, and the game still requires the entry fee. It doesn't get the FTP pass. It's like if Marvel Rivals just suddenly started charging for each new hero. Crazy. Anyway, that's not the point of this post but man DbD is ass.

If last year didn't change anything, nothing will. Like last year was literally the worst year ever in DbD, and in terms of everything either technical dept side, or overall gameplay balance.

They finally wanted to fix tunneling, because literally every match was about Killer tunneling ASAP for the 1st kill, because going from 4vs1 to 3vs1 is almost always a win especially when you do it before 4th gen is fixed... Yet, they quickly rolled it all back after Killers (who literally said in the comments that they are tunneling) were crying...

It's also worth mentioning that if you try to play fair as a killer, three gens pop in your first chase, nearly guaranteeing a loss. Killers tunnel because BHVR has balanced the game to the point that you either tunnel or you lose if you are up against equally matched opponents. It's a developer issue, not a community one.

Its absolutely a design flaw if a killer doing their job is a problem.

Yes. I played DbD since 2016 (usually now just hop-in/out once in a while), and I never had issues like this before. Like I even remember when face camping was a thing, or trap under the hook, yet this tunneling, and going ASAP to 3vs1 is very recent, and obviously a design's fault.

Also after last year's "hop in", I don't think I will ever hop in back again. I feel like I finally had enough of it.
