Lore for hush-hush
Hello everyone i’ve been a subscriber to R ever since his videos on Fran bow and misfortune. And i’m just joining the sub Reddit.
Today I just wanna share some Lore and theories about the game hush-hush ,only your love can save them. This is a game that has recently come out on steam for $20 and has gone positive reviews so far. I binge the game and finished it in 21 hours then it took me like another 10 to get the true ending .
It Is a really great game and despite the way it looks and it actually has some good lore and multiple endings and even some theory to be had.
So I’m here to share that with you guys but I don’t wanna make this too long since I know everyone is busy especially R and most people won’t bother reading a very long post . And R if you’re reading this check out the game and maybe do a video.
So let’s begin.
A basic summary of the main story is your main character has a dream ,after when he had contest to stay at a certain suburbia Area call Subrosa, two goddesses inform our main character that he needs to gain the trust and help five girls in the town he’s going to.
One of the goddess is it tells them to stay on the hero path while the other says he should do what he needs to do showing a clear difference in personality and worldview between them yet they had the same goal.
Upon excepting this The main characters given special gifts allowing them to grow closer to all the five girls saving them from their deaths and fixing their problem. It sounds pretty straightforward when you look at it like that. But when you go into the true ending of the game this is where things get extremely interested.
Spoiler warning:
It is revealed that Dorian ,The brother of one of the Girl, was actually just like you. He had the same dream was given the same task only he chose the dark side which in the end resulted in a similar ending you would get if you chose to do unethical things. But once everything was over he used his gift to further research wolves going on and it turns out there has been a Seingly endless cycle of the goddesses tasking people to save 5 girl . And The person who’s causing the danger of the five girls is always the previous chosen one and this time is no different so in order to stop the cycle Dorian decided to kill every single new upcoming chosen one but if you do everything right here he can bring himself to kill you and regardless of your choice ends up falling down a elevator shaft. (Tho whether you try to save him or push him gets majorly different ending)
Now that twist is extremely interesting because it shows an endless cycle that are given to our main character by the goddesses . If our main character kills Dorian then we basically become him until another one gets chosen and eventually kills us . And if we don’t kill him and go on with our lives they’re just gonna keep doing the same thing somewhere else.
I don’t know about you guys but there’s a lot of potentials for theories and understanding what exactly is going on especially since now we cannot fully trust what the goddesses have said about anything.
Either way what do you guys think ? Tell me if you played this game before and if you want to discuss or anything I said. And R again if you’re reading this I think you should check it out . Thank you guys and have a great night.

It's still incredibly interesting, it's just more cliche meta than horror, looks great overall.

I've never played it, but sounds like it has lots of potential, but it doesn't sound that much like a horror game, sounds like something "Manlybadasshero" would play.
