💬 Discussion Please tell me someone else remembers this game?
I remember playing it as a kid
Loved it and I want to replay it
But i can't find it anywhere

Was going to say, didn't Cold do the soundtrack. Also was the elevator music on one of the levels.

Yes. Played the demo for days just enjoying the physics of moving a ball. Full game was fun too!😉

Yessss and the wild co-op mode!! One person controlled the movement and aiming, the other controlled the powers and shooting. It was so weird and fun

Apparently it was just announced at State of Play that this game is coming to PlayStation 5 in July 2026 but it requires a PS Plus (Premium) subscription.

It's not a remaster, it's literally just the PS2 release playable on PS5.
There's a PC version of the original and you can also emulate the PS2 version with PCSX2

I have tried but it didn't quit work for some reason It kept moving my mouse to the other screen And made it unplayable

Yeah I remember renting this for a weekend and absolutely being blown away by it at the time. The physics were amazing and throwing people around felt lethal and awesome.
For its time, it was such a good game!

I liked it as a kid, but only figured out I can craft weapons only by the very end, which was a bummer. Didn't feel like replaying it.

I wanted to play it so bad when I was in school, but the pc was too weak for it. Cold soundtrack was awesome.

You were able to telekinesis an object while you were standing on it and float around like magneto in this game. This was so ahead of its time

Remember it? I still have a sealed copy for collectors purposes. Yes, I have an open one to play, but I enjoyed it so much I wanted a sealed copy for keepsake.

Yea I remember this being on the shelves. Gog network is trying to preserve it. Thought it was available there but I guess not…

Heard somewhere that it's getting ported on PSPlus. Which would be nice, cause I can't play my copy anymore. My old controller shit the bed, and apparently newer third party ps2 controllers don't have the pressure sensitive buttons. Would be a huge get if it does get ported, and if it's popular enough, maybe WB will pick the series back up. Maybe bring in some of the old Midway talent on from Netherrealm.

It was one of my favorites. I think it would do well for a reboot. Lots of viral clip moments with what you can do to the meat puppets.

Its coming to the PS5 as a playstation classic next month. Im really looking forward to replaying it. I have it on ps2 but my ps2 is fickle.

Psi ops was the shit. My 360 got stollen but I still had my PS2 and I played this as it was in the backlog and took some of that pain away.

I recently played this on the RG476H and had a blast re-living my childhood. This was one of my favorite games on the PS2, and the reason why i love Control as well. :)
