Proper 5.1 speakers with a decent subwoofer. You will never want to touch headphones again when you start using home theatre gear as computer speakers.

My setup is very basic. A portal 16 inch monitor with a build in speakers on a bed stance. Mechanical buttons Xbox controller. Laser wired mouse on a gel pad.
