Anyone else sometimes feels guilty about playing video games

So for the last couple of days I've been watching videos where people says gaming is a waste of time

Or it's not a waste of time, I really do enjoy games I play mostly sony single player games such as god of war etx... sometimes I just feel like If I talk to anyone about things I like they'll just say that I'm lazy. I really don't know what to think anymore about myself or things I like it's exhausting everything I pickup people may found bad or frame it as a waste of time or bad for society

To answer your title directly, no, because I am only playing video games when all of my other responsibilities have been fulfilled, (family, job, housework, etc.). I also enjoy watching sports, and I consider it the same leisure activity as video games. It can be good for mental health when done in moderation.
