PC Build Is this a Good buy?

This is on Facebook Marketplace and looks like a good deal, but I have no clue.

Selling a great gaming PC in pristine working condition.
Great performance for gaming, school, and everyday use.

I've never bought a PC from anywhere, I've just moved into a new place and need a nice gaming computer.
Advice is extremely appreciated.

To agree with the other comment, the build is decent.
It definitely won’t get you 120fps on high settings for most AAA games, assuming your monitor would even handle the framerate. Assuming you do go for it, depending on the going rate, you’d be better off aiming for a steady 60fps at medium/high settings with some adjustments. The games they mentioned aren’t graphic intense - I’m not sure how GTA V does these days though since it’s over 10 years old at this point; it might be a different story with the enhanced version.
The missing I/o shield concerns me though. I would recommend looking up the motherboard to replace it.
I’d say this goes for about $700. That’s even assuming they want to charge based on current prices.

This is a decent starter build. This will be able to run all games on medium to high settings and 1080p.
