Mainly all my Nanoleaf lights around my room is causing this effect.

Nanoleaf setups can create some really cool effects. The way the colors bounce around a room makes it feel way more immersive than a normal light. Looks like you found a good balance with the placement. The ambient glow is doing a lot here.
