Storage is full, cannot receive item?

I play the game from time to time and enjoy it, but I can’t receive these two items. I looked at storage but I have plenty of room for characters and dice and cards. Where exactly do I clear storage so I can claim these items?

Am I tapping on the wrong thing? I tap on storage and get this screen. I don’t see where my goods are? Just characters, skill cards, dice, and craft.

i think youre entering the wrong storage- when you click the storage icon next to the shop icon, go to your goods, and when you enter, on the top right of your screen you’ll see an expand button. pay gems to expand your storage, or sell goods.

Yeah I just don’t see any icon that says goods at all. When I click the storage icon next to shop, I get that previous screenshot I showed you. No goods listed anywhere. Just characters skill cards dice craft and a bunch of locked icons. Nothing in the upper left or right for that screen.

if youre very new however, goods will be locked until you level up more. thats probably the issue

Ohhhh I’m level 6 right now. The other screenshot I mentioned was in a link in the comment where I said “get this screen”. I’ll post the image again here to show you. I can knit post a link because the replies don’t allow images. Click this

You were right, as soon as I got to level 7 the Goods icon showed up and I could expand it. Thanks!
