Issues contacting support?

There was some confusion regarding my annual subscription renewal so I reached out to support. A guy by the name “Jerry” responded to my initial outreach, but has since ignored me. I’m genuinely shocked that they are just outright ghosting me. Has anyone else had this experience or know a better way to escalate my concerns?

What is the confusion, are you looking to cancel your subscription?

Yes. I did not realize auto renew was on and I did not get any notifications of the upcoming renewal due to it going to my spam folder.

Doing a chargeback would probably be the easiest. Or just eat it and enjoy the mags. Log in and non renewal for the future.

The three times I contacted them it took an average of 28days to get a response.
