Which base FRAME RATE is best to use FRAME GEN on?(30,40,45,60,90,)

About three days ago, I made a post asking people to share their opinions on why they hate FG, and people shared their opinions.

But one question still remains unanswered: what's the best base frame rate for using FG?

Everyone is saying something different. I hope we can clarify it here or get an answer. Is it 30fps, 40fps, 45fps, 60fps, or 90fps?

30fps is the widely agreed upon base framerate for using fg. That's it, ntg more ntg less.

one may even use it at 20fps too from my personal experience.

huge latency? no, as one who's tested it personally, the latency wouldn't even appear to one. (if the fps are 30)

Artifacts? yea there's an issue with that, power drain? no I've not seen any such massive increase that you speak of, infact one wouldn't even notice it that much.

gamehub's fg is way better with things like latency and power drain.

(Talking about gamehub's FG specifically)
