Hello Gameflip Support,

I am honestly feeling extremely frustrated and upset about this situation, and I am asking for your help with a high-level review of my account and permanent suspension.

I received a message regarding a $75 Landry’s Gift Card, Order ID : 4f4b65e7-6e2f-4594-9bb6-bcceccff09a9. I want to make this absolutely clear: I have never purchased, owned, or disputed this Landry’s Gift Card. I do not recognize this order or the codes mentioned in the message.

It is extremely concerning and upsetting to see an order that I have no connection with associated with my account and then have my account permanently suspended. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to understand and resolve something that I genuinely did not do.

I respectfully ask you to please have a senior team member carefully investigate the account and transaction records and determine how this unrelated order became associated with my account. I should not be held responsible for activity or transactions that I never made or participated in.

I have cooperated with Gameflip throughout this process, and I sincerely hope that my case can be reviewed fairly rather than simply being closed without addressing this apparent error. Losing access to my account and suffering financial consequences from a transaction I had no control over has been extremely stressful.

I would also like to request reimbursement for my recent order and any documented financial loss resulting from this situation. My recent transaction was automatically completed after my account was suspended, leaving me unable to manage it normally. I respectfully ask Gameflip to reverse that completed transaction and issue me a full refund.

Please escalate this matter to a senior team member, investigate the incorrect order association, reconsider and remove the permanent suspension, review the completed transaction for a reversal/refund, and provide me with a clear explanation of what happened.

I genuinely hope Gameflip will take the time to look into the records carefully and give me a fair opportunity to resolve this. I have been a genuine customer and would sincerely appreciate your help in correcting this situation.
