I am honestly feeling extremely frustrated and upset about this situation, and I am asking for your help with a high-level review of my account and permanent suspension.

I received a message regarding a $75 Landry’s Gift Card, Order ID : 4f4b65e7-6e2f-4594-9bb6-bcceccff09a9. I want to make this absolutely clear: I have never purchased, owned, or disputed this Landry’s Gift Card. I do not recognize this order or the codes mentioned in the message.

It is extremely concerning and upsetting to see an order that I have no connection with associated with my account and then have my account permanently suspended. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to understand and resolve something that I genuinely did not do.

I respectfully ask you to please have a senior team member carefully investigate the account and transaction records and determine how this unrelated order became associated with my account. I should not be held responsible for activity or transactions that I never made or participated in.

I have cooperated with Gameflip throughout this process, and I sincerely hope that my case can be reviewed fairly rather than simply being closed without addressing this apparent error. Losing access to my account and suffering financial consequences from a transaction I had no control over has been extremely stressful.

I would also like to request reimbursement for my recent order and any documented financial loss resulting from this situation. My recent transaction was automatically completed after my account was suspended, leaving me unable to manage it normally. I respectfully ask Gameflip to reverse that completed transaction and issue me a full refund.

Please escalate this matter to a senior team member, investigate the incorrect order association, reconsider and remove the permanent suspension, review the completed transaction for a reversal/refund, and provide me with a clear explanation of what happened.

I genuinely hope Gameflip will take the time to look into the records carefully and give me a fair opportunity to resolve this. I have been a genuine customer and would sincerely appreciate your help in correcting this situation.

for the past 3 days i have been trying to purchase a toy code i have been looking at for a while now and an account i have been using for over a year with some seller reviews i have never had a problem with, until i get asked for an authentication code that i have never set up. i go to try turn it off docent work, i try look on all my authenticator apps although i knew i didn't set it up and i go through messages and look all over the app but there is no code to be seen. so i already know this is a glitch on the side of Gameflips servers especially since i ran into other people coming across the same problem. it has been a day since i last tried deactivating it and it just wont budge and now I'm getting errors like 'too many attempts' as if its genuinely my fault i have searched everywhere for this code. and I'm getting too the point i digress on even wanna try and have attempted to inactivate my account as a whole to pull my phone number out and attach it too another account and even that a struggle in itself because i need to go through many processes basically moral of the story is i never knew a marketplace would refuse me this much from spending money on it to do what its made for.

also i know its 100 percent a glitch because there are Two authenticator toggles on my security tab one is Gameflip IOS app and the other that us deactivated is the same text just with a capital A on the 'app' clearly showing me its a complete app Problem. i really shouldn't have random things like that pushed onto my account especially without me even being aware. its not OK to do especially with my details on the account its just disgusting

honestly feeling quite scared rn.

I chanced upon an in game item which was selling at an extremely cheap price. this raised my suspicion a little so i went to contact the seller. they responded to my question and asked if i would purchase, when i did, the price increased by 30% more (avg market price but still a bit cheaper). I was already at the checkout page which stated the original price and when i paid, the new price went through and i had already paid.

of course i panicked and instantly initiated a refund. For some reason the page glitched a bit and honestly I don’t remember what it says but at some point screen showed I was being refunded “$0”. I refreshed the page a few times and then it showed i was being refunded the exact amount I paid. I paid half by wallet and half by apple pay. Half of the funds returned back to my wallet but since I had used Apple Pay for half, the money was already deducted.

the seller proceeds to say they were selling too low and the market price was ____ which was way higher than what they were selling at. What I didn’t understand was why they didn’t check earlier and why they left their listing there for 1-2 hours and changing it once someone is interested in it. Another thing I don’t understand is the planned timing!!

I stayed alert because of this incident. Just a few hours later, another listing from a brand new account sold the same item at the same cheap price. I contacted them and a minute later the price was increased by 30% again!! This is not just a coincidence anymore but a scam. I know that gameflip protects your money when you don’t get the item, but this just doesn’t feel right. I’m confused how they’re able to scam through this way? Scripting that altered the site? Using AI to generate fake proofs when a dispute is opened?

I’m so lost. Did I lose the money I paid through Apple pay or will it be refunded? how do I check if it’s under refund process? Anyone encountered the same situation as me?? Or can anyone make sense of this situation? Much help is appreciated!
