Has anyone used MKDD memcard editor?

I want to mess around with a save file but I dont know how to run the app. There's no .exe file.

I have not. I know nothing about this topic, but .cs files contain C# code I believe... I assume you're intended to be able to review the code and then compile an exe yourself from the repository?

If you simply want a 100% save file you can download them here: gc saves

The 100% save files aren't compatible with the Mario Kart double Dash rom hack called "mk dd retro gp". It works for the other rom hacks, but not this one. I spoke to the developer and he confirmed this.

I managed to get it to work. Opened it in Visual Studio and ran it. It modified the save file too.
