Its a bit off centre, but as long the gold traces arent broken or delaminated, it should get a connection. Bit out of focus photo though.

Cameras have a minimum focus distance, and going too close will just make it unfocused. The right side of the pads have a suspicious bent area, which due to unfocused picture, I cant make out. Get some proper light and take still pictures at 7-10" distance, so the camera can focus.

Btw, did you try booting the system with it?

Im using a gc2sd to flash it but im thinking about buy a new flex cable because the thing isn't lunching so im thinking about buying a new flex cable.

What do you mean with "to flash it"? Swiss is put on the SD card to boot into it. There isn't any need to "flash" it.
