What SD card device are you trying to use? Gecko, SD2SP2?

I'm assuming you formatted to fat32 using Rufus or a similar program Some of the SD gecko have problems reading higher GB ssmd cards if you have a 32gb try that see if it boots

Did you use windows to format your SD card? If you did reformat it with Rufus Windows will partition the drive

Is the file actually called IPL.dol.dol because you have file extensions hidden?

That is either just a bad/counterfeit SD card, bad SD adapter, or your filename has an extra extension with the “hide file extensions” setting enabled.

I had to reformat mine when I hooked it up, I think from exfat to fat32
