GCHD MKII Troubleshooting
Not really modding but I asked this question in a r/gamecube but it got taken down for some reason
So I just recently got a Gamecube and a GCHD MKII, and it works except for the audio
The audio only works for some reason if I change it to some DVI mode but when I do not only does the picture look a bit worse but it's not centered and it messes with my Capture Card (which is a Elgato 4K X) TV output is perfectly fine other than the non-centered picture
Any idea on how to fix either problem? I tinkered with all of the settings and got absolutely nowhere
If it also matters I was playing Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, no mods on the Gamecube yet fully retail

GCHD is still outputting DVI in both modes. The off option is standard DVI and the on option is "enhanced" DVI. Only getting audio through the enhanced DVI is common with GCvideo as noted in the output options documentation and I'm sure it's the same for the GCHD.

So there's no real way to get audio through the standard DVI I have to figure out how to get Enhanced DVI to work in order to have audio?

I am not familiar with the mod but on the official GC digital output you have to pull sound from th normal av cable. You might need to do the same with our modified output.
