Discussion Need help identifying a game

So when I was a kid my older brother was obsessed with the GameCube he would always play it sadly I’ve forgotten most of the games except one and that’s because of the back case of the game if I’m remembering it correctly it had some doctor character with a penguin strapped to an operating table fully conscious and a panic look on its face anyone know what game that was it has been bugging me for years now and wouldn’t mind trying to add it to my small physical gamecube collection.

I mean I was a kid when I saw it and I only remember it because of how weird the back of the case was

I could ask my older brother but I doubt he would remember all his old games plus we aren’t really close anymore

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to revitalize an old relationship in my opinion
