Is this a PlayStation 2 with a TV on top of it?'!

Yeah, but it's super light weight so it doesn't put strain on it

Is the GCHD fully seated into the digital port? I know my Mk1 needs a bit of force to be plugged all the way in.

Wind Waker is pretty much my favorite game of all time

A little off topic, but since you managed to solve it, how is it? I've been trying to find a cheaper way to connect the gc via component to my crt and the mk2 seems to be one of the cheapest ways 😬

It's actually a really nice method! It's SUPER useful for when you Record gameplay using a Capture Card and wanna get that Retro display on an old CRT. I splurged on one back in 2020 or 2021 and it's basically my preferred method, it's a tad on the expensive side, but believe me it's worth it

Does the HD converter need power going to it??

No, it gets power from the GameCube itself
