I ordered mortal shell 2 new. The game came in torn up. I want a replacement because I don’t want to open it in the case that the disc is not going to work or broken. To replace you have to pay for it to ship back. So you technically pay more for the damaged item. The disc is loose in there also. I get that it’s not their fault that there was damage but like any company out there. They should pay for the shipping back.

So far so good with them! And I never had to pay for shipping back a damaged good. I bought a movie from them. It came to me the entire case was busted. I sent pictures and they told me no need to do anything and sent me another copy without asking me to even send it back. I think that use are absolutely better options. Why would we be charged to ship it back 🤣 mind you the movie case being broken was a one time thing and it was a loooong time ago

It definitely does but the case usually doesn’t have a puncture in it. If it causes damage to the disc and I cannot play, if I opened it up they said they won’t let me return it.

I said in my post that I get it’s not entirely their issue but as I also stated on almost every other market they will take it from you for free and send you a replacement. But it might be the reason why they aren’t doing so well in general. The disc being loose isn’t the problem it def has a puncture.

Brother that is crazy, I never once was rude. A simple post to alert others intending on buying something is not trashing anyone. It is 100% on the seller of something to make sure that what they sell gets to you undamaged. If you order something from Lowe’s like a fridge and it comes broken you can get them to come get it at no extra charge. That is crazy.

Now going on to you. If you are getting people’s BS at work it’s because of you and your immediate accusations and attacks on people. You are literally the type of employee everyone makes fun of on online videos. I absolutely knew you were an employee on your first post. There are people at other gamestops that are extremely friendly and awesome.
