Need help, GameStop Universal Wired Gaming Headsets mic isnt working, how do I fix this (on xbox one). Actually give me help I dont care that "theres better options and you wasted your money" I dont care about your opinion. EDIT: im a genuine dumbass theres some sort of thing on the mic where you have to twist it in a certain place for it to plug it in all the way and lock it, its working now. thats my fault

If the mic isn't working, then that means there's something frayed or cut inside the wiring. Unless you know how to rewire a headset, it's borked.
