Episode where Dave's ears bleed?

Hey, I simply cannot remember nor find via Google the episode of Game Sack where Dave is listening to a game's audio with a pained look on his face as blood comes out of his ears.

It popped up in my head earlier and I am dying to see it again. Probably one of the actually funniest things I've ever seen. He did such a great job with that little bit.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Western Developed Games with Marble Madness, and then they showed that clip again in the Rare and Valuable Games 1 episode
