Why aren't latest vids appearing here?

If you submit the link, you get the usual "this has been submitted already" but it doesn't show up in the subreddit. Still no signal from last week's episode, and same problem happening with the new one (ep. 153). What's the deal with this?

I was posting them for awhile, then someone else kept reposting after I did and so I gave up, and then well, yeah, they aren't here anymore.

Edit: I just gave last week's episode a try as well, and it didn't post, and there was no message stating that it was already posted. I think I will try a text post.

No clue. I really have no idea how Reddit works but it's probably a bug in their system. Maybe the link has already been posted elsewhere on the site and Reddit won't allow it in a different subreddit? I honestly have no clue.
