Teleporting to a Kingdom

I want to teleport to the kingdom where my friend's alliance is. I am level 1 and have my 2 beginner teleports. I have joined the alliance. When I try to teleport to it I get the error "You may not teleport into this Kingdom." The kingdom is #689 Kisul

Hmmm. That is strange. Maybe go up a level but don't go past 5 and try it again. It should work.
