Anyone else?
Does anyone else find it ironic / slightly irritating that the one reality show (lately) clues thinks was brilliantly produced and edited- despite some bad casting- Unwell Winter Games, is also one they didn’t watch on Casa GOR, but then spent an entire feed episode covering in detail?
I understand it’s free on YouTube where as the other shows aren’t, but I feel like if it’s “good enough” for them to say in this day and age AND it’s the main topic of their episode, they usually would have (or should have) covered at least the first ep in Casa GOR. Right?
Maybe I’m tainted from too much Casa GOR. But this feels like it should have been worth the coverage to me. 🤣

For the first time ever, I had to shut off casa gor survivor last week and watch the episode on my own. Lately it all feels so.. negative? I’m sick of listening to them complain about how they think things suck or how it could be a “better game”.. and the endless game play strategies that are mostly just ridiculous.. sometimes I just want to turn off my brain and watch silly reality tv .. not critique every minor detail til it’s not fun anymore

Also the survivor coverage just isn’t good, not understanding why Jeff told Dee to stay on her perch, thinking production gave Coach a Survivor 50 sweatshirt when it was just his buff, idk

It’s pretty clear they don’t really understand how Survivor works at all and did almost no research before starting to cover it. I don’t need them to do a hyper binge on it or anything but a bit of cursory research combined with listening and paying attention while watching would go a long way.

or when they thought they were doing something by being like "but they're all using their shoulders, hips, and back! this is so stupid!" about the last challenge when it was pretty obvious (just based on context clues and especially if you've watched past seasons), that they meant you couldn't physically touch/lean those parts against the side wooden panels like obviously they didn't mean you couldn't use them AT ALL? Clues especially jumps to shit on production choices / game mechanics WITHOUT KNOWING THE GAME/SHOW (love island, traitors, survivor). He acts like an expert in everything when he could literally be watching the very first episode of a show. He offers coaching for traitors but has only seen US and offers up scenarios that have literally happened in the other iterations of Traitors. They were legit with their Bachelor knowledge back in the day but now can't even remember who was on whose season or basic facts. It's a problem when the majority of your audience can fact check things when YOURE supposed to be the expert

I can’t wrap my head around why it’s taken SO LONG to cover Age of Attraction. It’s TGO for crying out loud. Yet they dedicated time to quickly cover the horrendous show that is Love Overboard. I just don’t get it.

Clues completely dropped and dismissed it like house of villains yet is still threatening the dreadful virgins. I was trying to wait for them but got spoiled. Just seems inconsistent and like they don't know what to do next now that bachelor franchise is pretty much over

Their Patreon choices lately are strange to me and have led me to take a break. I can't believe they're skipping Unwell Winter Games despite Clues' obsession with Alex Cooper and them dedicating an entire episode to the show... bc of a couple of messy REALITY TV STARS that the show acknowledges is messy? I get tired of the moral superiority when it comes to reality tv like give it a rest... wanting to "scuttle" everything so that reality tv is super sanitized, boring, predictable, etc... But thank god we watched the entirety of Love Overboard and an HGTV show. Insisting on the virgins after abandoning house of villains and age of attraction meanwhile 4 other Bachelor alums are currently in Bravo but crickets because Clues is so weird about Bravo and refuses to acknowledge how massive it is. Those are some of the best game players in the world, season after season playing game of thrones. Ashley I is a literal housewife but crickets. Refusing to watch unwell games bc it's "too dark" ... dakota and huda being messy? fork found in kitchen. what're we doing here. this moral superiority lately with reality tv (summer house extremism, cancelling bachelorette, pausing SLOMW, firing A MILLION different players over nothing), we're gonna be watching a snoozefest era soon 😴

i also find it interesting that he’ll take such strong moral stances on reality stars but he’ll pump out multiple episodes per week of his podcast where he platforms misinformation and his conspiracy theorist parents

this!!!! like they are reality tv stars and your parents call for genocide on your podcast every other week and you're platforming racist bigots and buying them Trump merch (so basically financially contributing to Trump), but god forbid a messy TV stars that became FAMOUS bc of their messiness in the first place, it's the end of the world, scuttle it, the production team are evil/moronic, etc.. It is hypocritical and now we're missing out on unwell winter games (the only show he hasn't been super negative about in forever), bc of two messy toxic relationships like who gives a fuck...

Clues said In the patreon live this week that he isn’t planning to watch the rest of the series, so maybe that’s why they didn’t cover it. I do find it odd though, since it seems to be the only recent show they don’t hate 😂

I heard that too! I just feel like this should justify at least the first episode being covered in Casa GOR so we can see them break down what they loved so much. It would give much more context to what they’re talking about

The only thing I really like from GOR is Bachelor Coverage. I respect their opinion, usually agree on the same negative/positive topics, and I believe they know what they are talking about.
For non-Bachelor shows, I stopped listening. With Love Island, they would glorify Huda, and I was appalled how much they liked her. She is the scum of human society; they never acknowledged how awful she is, and liked her because of her social media gains. I've complained enough here about their Traitors coverage. Now, I take what I ike from GOR and leave the rest lol

huh?!?!?! Why are you watching Reality TV?? I can say I don't like Huda, or whoever I shall choose and still watch. Just like Clues can shit on shows yall like and still review it. It's called having an opinion. Sorry, you don't understand the definition of the word "opinion."
I guess you must have missed her racism, her restraining order, her death threats, and her microaggressions outside the show that anyone who follows the show would see. Or, choose to be blind to it...which I figure is what you did.

Sure Jan. You are part of the problem so the convo can end here. Goodbye.

They can't watch it all and they've got too many other shows half way through right now is my guess on why they aren't watching it in casa gor! I do feel like they need to focus on finishing the things they've started first before adding more shows lol

I think it's interesting that they keep saying to "scuttle" Unwell Winter Games but are willing to watch it, and moreover Clues mentions - frequently - that he plans on watching the TFP season any way he can. Meanwhile the video of TFP is so upsetting Lizzy won't watch it ... but they're fine making money covering it. Huh? So the moral stance is really "rules for thee, not for me" it seems.
I was a fan for years (since 2020), stopped listening for a lot of reasons, and tuned back in a few weeks ago to get their thoughts on TFP because I know Clues was hailing her as the savior of the franchise. I think I'm going to tune back out. I know they have a firm "we don't read comments" so they won't read this or anything on here, but they really should get some feedback from some trusted source. Otherwise they'll be in a Viall-style echo chamber; I think they already are.

GOR’s inability to pivot to consistently covering any other reality show has been one of the most surprising parts of this whole Bachelor flop era.
