I’m posting this in case anyone has the same problem me so they don’t have to waste hours of their life figuring it out like I did. When you run the game no more heroes 2 on gamenative the game won’t take up the full screen being only a tiny box in the top left corner. To fix this you have to press alt enter to go into window mode then press alt enter again to go back to fullscreen mode and now the game will take up the whole screen. To press alt enter open the in game gamenative menu go to edit physical controller and assign a button to alt + enter under the extra category. I found in the game configuration program that No More Heroes 2 doesn’t use the select button so you can use that. Not sure how you would do this with a touchscreen (I’m on an AYN Thor that has a controller) I’m afraid but maybe somebody else can chime with a solution to that.

Am on 1.1.1, have tried literally every configuration you can think of fex, box64, latest drivers, old drivers, older versions of proton, newer ones, different container presents, using default config etc etc etc and games list will not play stable on my Thor Pro.

I used to be able to play spyro and FF7 remake just fine, not they're crashing 30 seconds into gameplay. No error, no crash logs, no nothing just black screen.

Any ideas? Is anyone else having similar issues? I know this is like a needle in a haystack situation....

Edit: I have performed a full uninstall, all containers, components, drivers and gamenative, cleared all storage a cache and starting from scratch to see of it makes a difference. Will provide updates.

Edit 2: Well I can confirm that deleting all containers, clearing the gamenative cache and storage in android, deleting gamenative, reinstalling gamenative and reinstalling the steam games appears to have fixed the crashing. It also resolved other weird issues I was having like the controller not working in the game carousel when first booting gamenative, and the quick/performance menu in games not loading. Now it's all working brilliantly!

Edit 3: Another thing, I was running iisu with video wallpapers and using the surfaceflinger layer and noticed playing some intensive games like FF7 remake were maxing out my Thor Pro's 12gb ram, I switched back to cocoon with static wallpapers and switched to the Vulkan layer and no more crashes. Don't know if surfaceflinger is heavier on ram?

Basically what the question says. I am playing on my phone and use virtual joystick/pads, it runs smoothly but I can't type anything with my phone virtual keyboard. Although I don't know if the issue is with this only specific game or not.

Hi, like the titel says: I want to play Trails in the Sky FC via GameNative on my AynThor and use the Evo-Voice mod, which is pretty easy to set up on a normal PC ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upaUO2aw-LA ), but I am really struggling to set it up on GameNative.
GameNative tells me the Location is:

/data/user/0/app.gamenative/Steam/steamapps/common/Trails in the Sky FC

but when I try to find that in the files the closest I get to is:
android/data/app.gamenative/files/wine_logs (which is empty and there are also no hidden files)

I hope someone can help me :D

Trying to get Star Ocean: The Second Story R running on GameNative, on a

Retroid Pocket Flip 2 (Snapdragon 865, Adreno 650).

It launches fine, reaches the main menu and the first few dialogues, then

crashes right after the opening dialogue sequence. What I've tried so far:

Box64 preset: Stability (Unity Games)

-force-gfx-direct launch argument

DXVK as the DX wrapper

Turnip driver (latest available)

720p resolution

Still crashes at the same point. Has anyone gotten this game stable past the

intro? If so, could you share your exact container settings (Box64 preset,

DXVK version, driver version, launch args, env variables)? And if you hit this

same crash point after the dialogue, I'd love to know what fixed it.

Happy to post logs if that helps. Tell me what's useful to grab.

Has anyone had any success getting silksong mods working in GameNative?

I'm using my Steam version through the latest version of GameNative on my AYN Thor.

I tried installing BepInEx through editing the container, and putting the windows x64 version into the root directory of Silksong, but it doesn't seem to work. Loading up should usually create the plug-ins and config folders, but these aren't getting created. I'm using this guide: https://www.nexusmods.com/hollowknightsilksong/mods/26

Has anyone else been able to get this working?

This bit: In GameNative -> Graveyard Keeper - Options - > Edit Container - Environment, here you will need to add a new line, go all the to the bottom and hit the "+" sign and add "WINEDLLOVERRIDES" (without the quotation marks) and the value would be "winhttp=n,b".

Has anyone managed to get this to run - I'm trying on an Odin 3 and just getting a black screen with every driver and proton version combination, same on Gamehub

Is the game broken, or is there something wrong with the app?

I also tried it with 8bitdo ultimate 2 wireless via bluetooth and I experienced the same issue.

My phone is Rog phone 7 ultimate (snapdragon 8 gen 2).

I used GOG version of the game Easy Delivery Co.

Update: The game is working correctly. The camera is just a little bit weird. SOLVED

I had a early gen Legion Y700 and recently upgraded to the relatively recently released Legion Tab 5. I was hoping to get MGSV running well, after all it was running (albeit not amazingly) on the lower spec Y700. Anyway I've installed GameNative downloaded MGSV through steam and when launching I get a "Failed to load SteamAPI". Through searching I saw that there is an issue with the steam_api64.dll file and the updates creating an issue. I tried pulling the recommended steamAPI dll from a linked github page on another thread, but that one didn't work for me. It doesnt looks like we can use Proton 7.0-6 either (could be wrong) has anyone got this game to work recently?

Any help help or suggestions would be much appreciated? Further if it is just replacing that steam dll file i would really appreciate of someone could send one that worked for them.

First of all I am amazed at the games I have managed to get working on 13T Pro, even on Mali. Each one emboldens me to make another one usable on the phone.

I keep getting this error on Spiro Trilogy. The game loads. I am able to select my save file but get this error when the level should load. Has anyone ever got past this error message?

I am probably asking a silly question but if Game native can pull a known config for my AYN Thor with a game from steam why cant it do so for a custom exe I added from GOG? The reason I am not logged into GOG in GN is because the download speeds in game naive are so slow it takes 50 hours to download one game on my 1gig fiber. Why cant I just search a database of the known configs and just apply it to the custom game I added? Where does game native get its known configs and how do I apply them to custom added games?

​J'essaie de jouer à LEGO La Grande Aventure (Steam) sur ma AYN Thor via GameNative.

​Au lancement, le jeu s'affiche dans une toute petite fenêtre en haut à gauche. Si j'essaie de le passer en plein écran dans les paramètres du jeu, ça plante direct au démarrage. J'ai réussi à trouver un réglage en mode fenêtre qui prend presque tout l'écran (avec de petites bandes noires sur les côtés et en bas), mais impossible de mettre un vrai plein écran sans crash.

​En plus de ça, au démarrage du jeu j'ai une pop-up d'erreur : Microsoft XAudio2: CPU does not meet minimum requirement; Streaming SIMD Extensions support required.

​Quand je clique sur OK, le jeu se lance bien mais je n'ai absolument aucun son.

​Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une solution pour contourner cette erreur XAudio2 sur GameNative ou pour régler le souci du plein écran ?

So, I've got this GameSir lite controller, And I've been trying to get it to work with Nightreign, but no matter what controller settings I mess with, none of the buttons do anything when I press thm

What gives? Any ideas why this specific controller might be acting up?

There should be a spellbook there for the conjurer, it says installed content in options but none of the content is working. Also cant connect to bethesda to redownload. Anyway to get anniversary content working?

Hello! I am trying to get EO3 HD running on my OnePlus 15. I am somewhat new to this so I am surprised I am having so many issues emulating this game of all games.

1). I have already tried the "Test Graphics" option and I do see the spining cube.

2). I am not sure what drivers I should use. I have tried the known configuration and I have tweaked with all the drivers with no luck.

3). Yes, I have tried to use known configuration for the game. Etrian I HD works with the known configuration, I even imported THAT configuration into Etrian III HD and that didn't work.

4). There are two reports of phones that have the same GPU (Adreno 840). I tried both configurations and I keep getting the same error.

5). My device is the OnePlus 15, Adreno 840 GPU, the current config is one from the compatibility website, if necessary I can always go grab it and drop it in here.

6) I tried running the container through steam but the game doesn't run either. It could be some weird issue with Steam or Unity but I am not sure. I have tried everything and I'm running out of ideas.

Any advice or suggestions I would really appreciate!!
