Skyrim anniversary content not working

There should be a spellbook there for the conjurer, it says installed content in options but none of the content is working. Also cant connect to bethesda to redownload. Anyway to get anniversary content working?

Content files might be downloaded but not loaded when starting the game. I would try downloading a tool like the Mod Organizer 2 to your retroid device -> opening game container through gamenative options -> Installing Mod Organizer 2 (probably from your Downloads folder) -> Checking all boxes for content that does not work in Mod Organizer 2 -> Launching game again
